Running a small business is hard enough without having to figure out why your website isn’t bringing in enquiries, why your competitors keep showing up on Google before you, or whether your social media is actually doing anything,
That’s where the Digital Growth Audit comes in.
For just £299 you get a 20- 25 page expert report that looks at every part of your online presence and tells you, in plain English, exactly what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do about it – in order of priority.
Here’s what we cover:
- Your website: We go through every page and look at it the way a potential customer would. Is it clear what you do? Is it easy to get in touch or make a booking? Are you giving people a reason to trust you? We’ll tell you what to fix and exactly how.
- Your competitors: We research your top competitors online: their websites, their Google reviews, their social media, and whether they’re running ads. You’ll see where they’re ahead of you and where you have the edge.
- Google Business Profile & Bing Places: We check whether your business shows up when local customers are searching for what you offer, review your Google Business Profile, and give you a prioritised list of the keywords you should be targeting.
- Social media:We review your current platforms, look at what’s working, and give you specific, practical ideas for content that will actually engage your audience, not just fill up your feed.
- Paid advertising: f you’re running Google or Meta ads, we’ll review what you’ve got and flag anything that’s costing you money without results. If you’re not running ads yet, we’ll tell you whether it’s worth considering and where to start.
- Email and customer follow-up: We’ll recommend simple automations that keep your business front of mind after someone enquires or buys — turning one-time customers into regulars.
- New revenue ideas: We finish with creative, practical suggestions for new income streams or ways to grow what you’re already doing.
Every single recommendation is written specifically for your business. No templates, no copy-paste advice. Just an honest, expert review from someone who has taken the time to really look at what you’ve got – and what you could have.
Whether you’re just starting to build your online presence or you’ve been at it for years and feel like you’ve hit a wall, the Digital Growth Audit will give you the clarity and direction you need to move forward with confidence.
